Chase Farm Tidenham
Chase Farm, Miss Graces Lane, Tidenham Chase, Chepstow, Gloucestershire, NP16 7JR
Visit a farm making use of modern equipment to operate a traditional working dairy farm high above the Wye Valley
Sam and Lisa took on this farm three years ago to farm in the traditional manner, selling their products from the farm gate. Having started with filtered milk which is becoming very popular, they are now making their own delicious ice-creams which are welcomed by weary walkers. Customers are encouraged to bring their own containers for the milk, now available as fresh as well as pasteurised, which they can dispense for themselves. Payment is by honesty box including the ice-cream and lovely free range hen and duck eggs and sometimes even garden produce. They now also supply some small local independent businesses.
